I offered to help a neighbour cut up a fallen tree. I imagined he’d want the wood for himself and that it would simply be great fun. But it turned out that he didn’t want it and just wanted the tree removed. He offered me a chainsaw in exchange for removing it. I accepted his kind offer and have enlisted the help of some other neighbours who want the wood also. We had a great day cutting it up on Friday. I think at least one is then was up there over the weekend, I’ll have to spend some more time up there this week as there is more to go yet.
